A World That Gets More Dangerous

The world is divided into five Danger Tiers, with difficulty influenced by factors such as distance, biome, depth, and dimension. The farther you progress, the more dangerous your surroundings become.

Tier I — The Frontier: Learn the basics and establish yourself.

Higher Tiers: Face increasingly dangerous enemies and discover better rewards as you explore deeper into the world.

Dangerous Dimensions: Prepare carefully before venturing into the End, where the toughest challenges await.

Progression is tied to exploration. Better rewards come with greater risks, encouraging you to improve your equipment before pushing into unfamiliar territory.

Survive the Night

Nighttime is a serious threat. Hostile encounters become more dangerous as you advance through the Danger Tiers, making preparation, shelter, and equipment increasingly important.

Face more aggressive nighttime enemies.

Encounter hunting parties as danger increases.

Deal with reduced torch effectiveness in higher tiers.

Adapt to special events such as Dark Nights and Blood Moons.

Make use of safe havens and other survival mechanics as you progress.

The night is no longer just a darker version of the day. It is a test of your preparation and ability to survive.

Build Your Arsenal

FBSupreme expands combat with new weapon types designed to give you more ways to approach dangerous encounters.

The armour-set bonus system rewards wearing matching pieces, giving you another reason to pursue specific equipment combinations instead of simply equipping whichever individual pieces have the highest stats.

Gear Quality and Valuable Loot

Loot is designed to feel more rewarding as you enter more dangerous areas. Equipment quality ranges from Worn to Masterwork, giving you another layer of progression as you search for better gear.

Tier-scaled loot and a coin system add further value to exploration and combat. The greater the danger, the greater the potential reward.

Tame Mounts and Explore Further

Explore the world with a growing selection of ground mounts, including:

Mounts offer more than a way to travel. Stamina mechanics, barding, saddlebags, and a Mount Whistle add utility and progression to your adventures.

Prepare for the Endgame

The End is intended to represent the pinnacle of FBSupreme's progression system. Access is tied to the highest Danger Tier, and reaching the End is designed to require substantial preparation.

The Ender Dragon receives a major difficulty increase, with 1,000 health, more devastating attacks, and reinforcements. Reaching the final challenge unprepared is a recipe for disaster.

FBSupreme is actively developing toward a larger RPG experience. Features described here reflect the mod's current progression systems, while some planned additions including the Gryphon and expanded settlement systems are still in development.
