About this project
What does Real Bicycles add?
I think we've all seen plenty of bicycle mods by now, but personally, I felt none of them truly worked as a practical main form of transportation.

That's where Real Bicycles comes in. For now, it focuses strictly on bicycles, designed to be highly immersive: you have to repeatedly press "W" to pedal up to a top speed of 25 blocks per second. They feature inertia so you don't have to pedal constantly, and you can drift, jump, and ring the bell—haha, I wouldn't call the bell a core mechanic, but it was a fun little detail I wanted to add.

I modeled the riding physics after bicycles in GTA: San Andreas, a handling style I've always found super satisfying. Just like in GTA, these bikes handle smoothly on any terrain.
They are fully dyeable, just right-click them while holding any dye (though you can't mix colors together).
Even though the mod doesn't cause lag (I tested this by spawning hundreds of bikes in the same spot), you can convert them into a block so your PC doesn't suffer. By simply crouching and right-clicking, the bike turns into a solid block with zero performance impact. To ride it again, just mount it normally. As I mentioned, this isn't strictly necessary since the project is well-optimized, but it's a built-in safety measure just in case.

While the mod is called Real Bicycles, I actually want to expand it to include similar vehicles like scooters, skateboards, and roller skates. And of course, bicycles aren't done yet,
future updates will bring accessories like 2-player riding, front baskets, saddlebags for storage, headlights, custom tires for higher speeds on specific terrains, handlebars, seat types, and many other features I've already tested but couldn't fully polish in time for release, haha.
I'm completely open to suggestions!
