About this project

What does Multiversal add?

Multiversal

Minecraft Forge 1.20.1

What if the resources you needed weren't in your world, but in another?

Multiversal is a technology mod built around harnessing the resources and power of other universes. Develop machines, generate resources, manipulate energy, and explore systems that let you exploit realities beyond your own.

But the multiverse offers more than materials. Alternate versions of yourself, strange interactions with Flank Iron, and the beginnings of multiversal technology open the door to possibilities far beyond conventional machinery.

Current Features

  • Tiered Machinery: Build machines across Basic, Iron, Gold, and Diamond tiers, with individual upgrades.
  • Loot Generator: Generate resources through specialized machinery.
  • Energy Systems: Work with Forge Energy and Multiversal Energy, including energy generation and transport.
  • Flank Iron: A vital material for Multiversal technology with dangerous consequences for prolonged exposure.
  • Poisoning and Spirits: Extended exposure to Flank Iron causes nausea and can eventually bring brief manifestations of alternate versions of yourself into reality.
  • Multiversal Enchanting: Harness spirits to create unusual duplicated effects and explore possibilities beyond conventional enchanting.

The Multiverse Has Its Limits

The long-term vision for Multiversal includes drawing resources from other dimensions through a channel system. Take too much, and a dimension could eventually run out of resources.

This system is still in development, but it represents a central idea behind the mod: powerful technology comes from taking something from somewhere else.

Help Shape Multiversal!

This is an early playtest build, and development is ongoing. Many features are still being refined, some mechanics aren't yet at their full potential, and you may encounter bugs, errors, unfinished textures, or recipes that don't make much sense.

Some systems are functional but still need plenty of work. Others are not implemented yet, including Multiversal Channels.

I'd love for you to try the mod and let me know what you think!

If you encounter bugs, unexpected behavior, confusing mechanics, or anything that doesn't seem right, please report it in the CurseForge comments. Feedback from people actually playing the mod will help guide development and make Multiversal better.

Experiment, explore what's possible, and see what you can do with the power of other realities.

Use at your own risk, and have fun!
