About this project
What does BuildCraft Reborn. add?
BuildCraft Reborn
**BuildCraft, back on Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge.**
BuildCraft Reborn is an unofficial port of BuildCraft 8.0, the last version of BuildCraft (made for Minecraft 1.12.2), to Minecraft 1.21.1. It brings over everything 8.0 had, and adds the robots from BuildCraft 7.1, which 8.0 never got.
What's inside
- **Engines and MJ power:** redstone, stirling and combustion engines, kinesis pipes to carry power, and lasers to beam it into crafting tables.
- **Pipes:** all 47 pipe types. Wooden pipes pull items out, iron pipes route them, diamond pipes sort them. There are fluid pipes, power pipes, and the stripes pipe, which places, breaks and plants blocks.
- **Gates and wires:** automate your pipes with gates, triggers, actions and coloured pipe wires.
- **Oil:** oil wells generate in the world, most often in deserts and oceans. Pump the oil, refine it in the distiller and heat exchanger, and burn the fuels in combustion engines.
- **Factory machines:** tanks that stack, mining wells, pumps, flood gates, chutes and the auto workbench.
- **Builders:** the quarry, the filler with 19 patterns, and the architect table and builder, which copy whole structures into blueprints and rebuild them anywhere.
- **Robots:** 17 redstone boards for robots that farm, chop trees, mine, fight, deliver items and even build blueprints. They live on docking stations and recharge from your power network.
- **Guide book:** BuildCraft's own in-game guide, with over 100 pages.
Works with
- **JEI:** recipes for every BuildCraft machine.
- **Jade and The One Probe:** machine info when you look at a block.
- **CraftTweaker:** add assembly recipes, refinery recipes and engine fuels.
- **Forge Energy:** energy pipes carry FE, and the RF engine and MJ dynamo convert between FE and MJ. Both converters are turned off by default and can be turned on in the config.
- **Datapacks:** fuels, coolants, refinery recipes and assembly recipes are all data-driven.
All of these are optional.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.21.1
- NeoForge 21.1.264 or newer
