About this project

What does Spoilage Process add?

“Spoilage Process” works well with custom modpacks and vanilla+

• The mod includes built-in support for MrCrayfish’s Furniture: Refurbished, refrigerators from this mod slow food spoilage by 60% when plugged in, 10% if not. If MrCrayfish’s Furniture: Refurbished is no t installed on the client, the mod will function as a standard mod.

• At altitudes below z=55, food spoils 25% s lower. Fo od can also spoil on the ground (this can be disabled in the config), and the mod supports almost all storage systems as well as the ME systems of certain mods such as Create and Applied Energistics 2 (Not tested with other ME systems).

• The mod features a highly flexible configuration system, which includes: setting the environment where items spoil—in a chest, in the inventory, outdoors, or in the creative inventory; storage modifiers based on IDs; displaying the spoilage process; a spoilage multiplier; stackability; what the item turns into after it’s completely spoiled; and the option to choose which foods won’t spoil.

• The mod has been translated into two languages: English and Russian.

• If there is ice in the storage unit, food will be frozen and won’t spoil (except in ME systems); ice is consumed at a rate of 1 every 6 minutes—this can be adjusted in the config. Once the ice in the storage runs out, food will take 5 minutes to thaw; to thaw food immediately, you can place it in a turned-on microwave from Refurbished Furniture for 5 seconds.
