Ten small fixes for the little annoyances of survival, in one light mod. Harvest crops with a right-click, watch the leaves come down as soon as you cut a tree, open double doors with one click, stop ruining your farmland by jumping on it, get a warning before your favourite pickaxe breaks, grow your plants by sneaking, climb ladders twice as fast, hide item frames, bone meal your sugar cane and skip the night when half the server is in bed. It all feels like vanilla, and every tweak can be turned off.

🆕 New in 1.1: sneak to grow, fast ladders, invisible item frames, bone meal on sugar cane and cactus, and a sleep vote for servers.

• 🌾 Right-click harvest: right-click a ripe crop to pick it and replant it in one go. Works with wheat, carrots, potatoes, beetroots, nether wart, cocoa and most modded crops. Unripe crops are left alone, and the seed it is replanted with comes out of the drops, so nothing is free.
• 🍃 Fast leaf decay: cut a tree's trunk and its leaves fall within a couple of seconds instead of several minutes, dropping saplings, sticks and apples as usual. Leaves you placed yourself never decay.
• 🚪 Double doors: open one door of a pair and its partner opens too, and the same for closing. Sneak to open only one. Iron doors still need redstone.
• 🟫 No trampling: jumping or falling on farmland no longer turns it back into dirt, for players and mobs alike.
• ⚠️ Durability warning: a chime and a message above the hotbar when the tool in your hand or a piece of armor you wear is wearing out, and a second, red one right before it breaks. Repairing or swapping the item resets it.
• 🌱 Sneak to grow (new): sneak a few times next to saplings and crops and they grow, as if you used bone meal on them. Works on saplings, crops, stems, sweet berries and cocoa, but not on grass, so your lawn stays tidy.
• 🪜 Fast ladders (new): climb ladders, vines and scaffolding twice as fast (set it anywhere from 1x to 4x). Sneaking still holds you in place.
• 🖼️ Invisible item frames (new): sneak and right-click an item frame with shears to hide the frame, so only its item shows on the wall. Do it again to bring it back.
• 🎋 Cane and cactus (new): bone meal grows sugar cane and cactus one block at a time, up to their natural height of 3.
• 🛏️ Sleep vote (new): the night is skipped as soon as half of the players are in bed (the percentage is up to you).

Sneak to grow: a few sneaks and the garden is ready to harvest.

Right-click harvest: picked and replanted, one click a crop.

One click opens both doors, one closes them.

The trunk cut, the leaves gone in a second.

Every tweak can be switched off in config/tweaksog.properties (created on the first start, with a comment on each line):

• Install it on both the server and the clients. Works in single player and multiplayer. On 1.17+ the sleep vote uses the vanilla gamerule playersSleepingPercentage, so the usual "1/2 players sleeping" message shows up; on 1.12.2 and 1.16.5 the mod counts the sleepers itself.
• Plays fair with protection mods: harvesting asks claim and protection mods first, just like breaking the crop would, and leaves only fall after a break nobody blocked.
• Works with modded crops and leaves built on the vanilla blocks, and with Sodium, Iris and shader packs (the screenshots below use Complementary Reimagined).
• No new items or blocks, so you can add it to or remove it from an existing world at any time.
• Every version is tested in-game before release: harvesting each crop, double doors (wooden, iron and single), cutting a real tree, falling on farmland and wearing tools and armor down, plus sneaking next to young wheat, climbing a ladder against the clock, hiding an item frame and growing sugar cane and cactus.
