About this project

What does realisticcooking add?

realisticcooking

A kitchen mod for NeoForge 1.21.1. Cut, cook and assemble your own food with hands-on, animated mechanics: no menus, just ingredients, tools and appliances.

Features

Prep

  • Cutting board with a knife animation: slice tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, onions, meat and more.
  • Rolling pin to flatten pizza dough.
  • Grater for cheese.

Assemble by layers

  • Build burgers and kebabs layer by layer on the board. What you stack is what you see, and more variety restores more hunger.
  • Doner grill for kebab meat.

Cook

  • Stove with a pan and a pot. It runs on gas canisters you craft and refill.
  • Boil pasta, fry cutlets and fries.
  • Air fryer with a sliding basket: the food drops in, the basket closes, and it cooks.
  • Food burns if you leave it too long.

Pizza

  • Wood-fired pizza oven. Load pizzas with a peel and watch them bake.
  • Three kinds of pizza: pepperoni, mushroom and margherita.
  • Pizza tray: place it on any table (works with furniture mods), cut the pizza with the pizza cutter and take the slices.

Serve

  • Sink and dishes, ketchup, soda and a combo menu.

Requirements

  • Minecraft 1.21.1
  • NeoForge 21.1.x

Works on servers. Recipes and items are in the creative tab.
