About this project
What does Bounty Rewards add?
⚠️ BETA RELEASE: This mod is currently in active development. While fully playable, you may encounter bugs. Please report any issues you find!
Bounty Rewards introduces a fully interactive and immersive Bounty Board system to your Minecraft world. Tired of wandering aimlessly? Place the custom Bounty Table, open its intuitive interface, and take on procedurally generated missions to earn incredible rewards!
Whether you want to test your combat skills against fearsome bosses or gather resources for a wealthy merchant, the Bounty Board has a quest for you.
✨ Key Features:
- 📜 5 Tiers of Difficulty: Missions scale in difficulty and reward. Experience a progression system that ranges from Easy gathering tasks, Normal mob hunts, Hard delivery quests, Epic mini-boss slayings, and finally, Legendary boss hunts.
- ⚔️ Smart Mission Generation: The mod intelligently scans your game to create missions. It filters out unkillable entities, ensures mobs are hostile and damageable, and scales the challenge based on their health (Normal Mobs, Mini-Bosses, and Bosses).
- 💰 Dynamic & Valuable Rewards: Say goodbye to useless loot! The reward system is heavily filtered to provide only valuable, useful items. Expect to receive high-tier gear, rare ores (Netherite and beyond), and powerful artifacts.
- 🌐 Extensive Mod Compatibility: The mod dynamically scans your installed mods for high-tier materials, weapons, and armor (compatible with mods like L_Ender's Cataclysm, Deeper and Darker, Advanced Netherite, and more). If a mod adds a valuable item, it can appear as a legendary reward!
- 🖥️ On-Screen HUD: Keep track of your active missions, progress bars, and objectives with a clean, customizable HUD while exploring the world. Press
,(comma) by default to view your active missions. - ⚙️ Highly Configurable: Don't like a specific mission type? You can toggle specific mission tiers on or off directly from the config menu to tailor the experience to your playstyle.

📝 Developer's Note: Please be aware that this is an early Beta version and the code was partially developed using AI assistance. While the core mechanics are functional, there may still be bugs or edge cases (especially when interacting with complex modded entities). Your feedback and bug reports are highly appreciated to help improve the mod!
