About this project

What does Homebound Commands add?

Homebound

Getting around without a map: homes, back, teleport requests, warps and a random teleport. Trips wait a few seconds and are called off if you move or get hurt.

Commands

  • /sethome [name], /home [name], /delhome <name>, /homes: up to 3 homes each (config). A home buried deeper than three blocks is refused; one filled with stone puts you on top of it.
  • /back: to where you were before the last trip, or where you died.
  • /tpa <player>, /tpahere <player>, /tpaccept, /tpdeny, /tpcancel: ask to go to someone, or ask them to come. A request is used up when answered and runs out after 60 seconds.
  • /warp [name]: places an operator set with /setwarp <name> and removes with /delwarp <name>.
  • /rtp: a safe spot between 500 and 5000 blocks from the world spawn (never in lava, fire, water or on a cactus), with its own cooldown.

Names are not case sensitive. A trip has a 3 second warmup, cancelled by moving or taking damage, and a cooldown. Operators skip the waits.

Config

config/homebound.json: maxHomes, warmupSeconds, cooldownSeconds, requestSeconds, rtp, rtpMin, rtpMax, rtpCooldownSeconds, crossDimension, opsSkipWaits. Homes and warps are saved with the world in homebound.json.

Needs

  • Minecraft 26.3 (Fabric), or the other versions listed under Files
  • Fabric API on Fabric
  • Server side: players need nothing installed, but it also works in singleplayer
