About this project

What does RFDrills add?

Requires CoFHCore and either Thermal Expansion or EnderIO to run!

This little addon to Thermal Expansion and EnderIO adds drills and chainsaws. Drills can mine both hard materials, like stone, and soft materials, like dirt! Chainsaws can be used both as axes and as shears. Also, they are all upgradable in a similar fashion to Simply Jetpacks.

FTB forum thread for suggestions and feedback: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/1-7-10-rfdrills-for-all-of-your-mining-needs.82764/

Compatible mods:

  • ThermalExpansion - adds 4 tiers of tools
  • Redstone Arsenal or Simply Jetpacks - adds the ultimate omni-tool tool for the ThermalExpansion line of progression
  • EnderIO - adds 2 tiers of tools + the ultimate omni-tool
  • Simply Jetpacks, Redstone Armory, Extra Utilities - if these mods are installed, RFDrills will use these mods' items as crafting ingredients
  • Waila - see how much RF you need to mine a block and your mining mode
  • VersionChecker - allows you to update the mod in-game! You should also be able to see changelogs of the new versions.
