What does Octahedroid add?

Octahedroid adds one block, the Octahedroid.

Octahedroids are a 1.12 analogue of Thermal Expansion's Tesseract, able to transfer fluids, items and (forge) energy piped into it to other octahedroids on the same channel, wherever they are in the world.
