About this project

What does Tooltipped add?

Discord: https://discord.gg/HeAmNKD

Right now it is a mod that displays some extra information in the tooltips of the respective items/item blocks. Most of these are only displayed when you are in advanced mode (F3+H):

For items it displays:

  • NBT Tags

  • Tags (like the old OreDictionary grouping)

  • Enchantability

For (item) blocks it displays:

  • Blast Resistance

  • Piston Behaviour

  • Luminance if it greater than 0

  • Random Ticks if it does have random ticks

As of 1.1:

/tooltipped biome now prints out Biome related information in the biome.txt of the root directory.

  • Names

  • Unlocalized/Translation Key Strings

  • Biome Category

  • Sky Colour

  • Precipitation Type

  • Max Spawn Limit

  • Temperature

  • Temperature Zone

  • Foliage Colour

  • Depth

  • Rainfall

  • Water Colour

  • Water Fog Colour

Suggestions are welcome, if I have time I may turn this into a fully fledged information dumping mod.
