Added new Deluxe Coffee Machine

Deluxe Coffee Machine allows to prepare 6 types of drinks - each with different effects:

  • Espresso (Speed II + Haste I)
  • Latte (Speed II + Strength I)
  • Mocha (Speed II + Jump Boost I)
  • Frappe (Speed II + Fire Resistance I)
  • Caramel macchiato (Speed II + Luck I) (Caramel can be created in a furnace using sugar)
  • Cocoa drink (Jump Boost II)

To make a coffee:

  • use the Deluxe Coffee Machine (right click)
  • use "+" buttons to add required ingredients
  • select coffee type and wait until it's ready

Each drink type requires different ingredients.

(The old Coffee Machine remains unchanged in case someone prefers it over the new one)
