About this project
What does Magic Mod (PiTheGuy) add?
This is a mod that adds magic armor and tools, a type that is really powerful but really expensive.
To get this armor and tools, first, you have to mine magic ore to get a random color of magic dust, smelt the magic dust into magic orbs, craft all 9 colors of magic orb into a magic core, combine the magic core with iron, gold, diamond, redstone, lapis, emerald, nether quartz, and a nether shard (crafted from a nether star) to make a magic gem. You then use the magic gem in standard crafting configurations to make the tools and armor.
The unenchanted sword does 70 attack damage (enough to 5-shot the wither), and the armor gives you 330 armor points in total.
Although this mod is technically released, the mod is still in an early stage of development, and feedback is appreciated.
Also, I will admit I'm not the best at making textures for items, so if someone would like to make better textures for the items in this mod, I would be happy to use them instead of the current textures.
You are free to use this mod in modpacks.
The mod's source code is now available on GitHub! If you use the mod's source code in your mod, I ask that you include me in the mod's credits.
If you would like this mod updated to 1.16, let me know in the comments and I would be happy to do so if there is demand for it.
