About this project

What does Fool's Netherite add?

A Block of Netherite costs 36 Ancient Debris. That's pretty expensive. But the block looks so nice, and has so much building potential! What if there was a way to obtain the looks without the price?

Introducing Fool's Netherite Blocks. I am definitely not the first to come up with this idea, but I have yet to see it made into a mod. In order to craft a Fool's Netherite Block, all you need is 1 Netherite Ingot and 8 Gold Ingots to obtain 8 of them. Still expensive, and still late game, but it is a viable choice for a building block now. No longer are thousands of hours required to have enough of these blocks for a build!

DISCLAIMER: Fool's Netherite Blocks come with a side-effect of being much weaker and much less blast resistant than regular Blocks of Netherite. Don't use them to defend against Creepers and Tnt. You have been warned.
