What does Extended Crafting: Nomifactory Edition add?

A continuation of Extended Crafting for 1.12.2 by BlakeBr0, maintained by the Nomifactory Development team.

Extended Crafting officially reached End-of-Life for 1.12.2, but many players are still using it so we are offering extended support.

Intended for use with Nomifactory, but all are welcome to use it.

NEW: as of version 1.6.1, it is now possible to localize the names of the default and custom Singularities via lang files. Official localizations have been provided for default Singularities in the en_us and ru_ru locales. This feature will require the use of a companion mod, such as Resource Loader, to load user-defined lang files.
