About this project

What does FallFlyingLib add?

FallFlyingLib

This library aims to reduce incompatibilities between mods that add elytras (or other stuff that does fall flying) by adding a lib which they can use to make a unified library to add support for fall flying.

Player information

Players should not have to download this library themselves, as it is intended to be embedded in distributed jar files.

If you find a mod that causes incompatibility related to fall flying (eg. elytra replacements), you can link the author (politely) to this API and ask if they could use it instead of using mixins.

Developer information

Developers should use gradle to setup a dependency on this library. Instructions are given in the repository's README.

Thanks

This library (and the mod's description) takes inspiration on PlayerAbilityLib.
