More Totem Effects

Totems shouldn't only save you from death. More Totem Effects adds 27 new totems that grant powerful potion effects whenever you need them. Craft them from Totems of Undying, upgrade them to level 2, combine them into the Enchanted Totem, and hunt structure chests for the mysterious Totem of ???.

Also included: 20 Creative Totems with infinite, maxed-out effects for builders, mapmakers and testers.

How Totems Work

• Right-click a totem to get its effect.
• The effect lasts 8 minutes.
• Each use is followed by a 16-minute cooldown.
• A totem works 5 times before it breaks.
• Each totem has its own cooldown, so using one never blocks another.
• In creative mode, totems never wear out and have no cooldown.

Level 2 totems are upgraded from their level 1 version and shimmer so you can tell them apart.

The Totem of ???

It can't be crafted. You can only find it hidden in structure chests:

Dungeons, Mineshafts, Desert Temples, Jungle Temples, Strongholds, Woodland Mansions, Ancient Cities, Bastions, Shipwrecks, Buried Treasure

What does it do? Nobody knows until they use it. It might bless you… or curse you. It has 10 uses and only a 3-minute cooldown, so you can try your luck often.

What the Totem of ??? can do

• 20%: Mining Fatigue, Blindness and Weakness for 30 seconds
• 30%: Wither and Hunger for 30 seconds
• 30%: Resistance IV for 8 minutes
• 20%: nothing happens

• Woodland Mansion, Bastion Treasure: 7%
• Dungeon, Desert Temple, Jungle Temple, Ancient City, Buried Treasure: 5%
• Mineshaft, Stronghold Corridor, Shipwreck Treasure: 3%

Creative Totems

A creative tab full of infinite, maxed-out versions of every effect: permanent Haste for instant mining, permanent Resistance, a hovering Levitation totem, and more. They're perfect for building, testing and adventure maps.

Advancements

"A Powerful Adventure" is a challenge advancement: have every obtainable totem in your inventory at the same time. That includes the Totem of ???, so you'll need to explore.
