More :

1) To go to the Wondeland dimension the portal frame block is Crying Obsidian and the portal igniter is The Looking Glass (craftable check JEI)

2) To go to The Dark dimension the portal frame block is Dark Soul Block (craftable check JEI) (you get an Escaping Soul everytime you die and respawn) and the portal igniter is Coin for The Blind (drops when you defeat The Golden Mage)

3) To go to Asgard dimension the portal frame block is Gold Block and the portal igniter is Bifrost (drops when you defeat The Guradian)

4) To go to Atlantis Dimension the portal frame block is Diamond Block and the portal igniter is Captain's Hook (drops when you defeat The Flying Dutchman)

5) To go to Oz diention the portal frame block is Emerald Block and the portal igniter is Wizard Wand (craftable check JEI)

6) (To summon the Bosses check the following image)

7) For everything else check JEI for all the recipes

8) {Nether Star is Craftable in this mod}
