New Enchantment Levels!
Most vanilla enchantments have higher enchantment levels
Go up to level 10
Frost Walker, Depth Strider, Mending, Silk Touch, The Curses, Multishot, Flame, Infinity, Channeling, and Aqua Affinity keep the same levels
Protection enchantments can now at max block 98% of incoming damage
New attribute for attack reach
Red colored enchantments must be obtained through trading with Enchanter Villagers

Tempered Armor Max Level: 5 Applies to Armor Incompatible with Reinforced Armor & Heavy Armor Adds 0.5 armor toughness
Reinforced Armor Max Level: 5 Applies to Armor Incompatible with Tempered Armor & Heavy Armor Adds 1 armor (Half a chestplate)
Health Boost Max Level: 5 Applies to Armor Adds 1 half heart per level
Flight Max Level: 3 Applies to Boots Incompatible with Soul Speed Allows flight, damages boots and gives you hunger higher level = more time
Heavy Armor Max Level: 5 Applies to Armor Incompatible with Tempered Armor & Reinforced Armor Gives 0.5 Knockback Resistance per level
Cat Vision Max Level: 1 Applies to Helmets Allows you to see in the dark
Step Assist Max Level: 3 Applies to boots Allows you to step an extra 0.5 blocks per level
There are now many effect enchantments that can be applied to armor. These effects do not stack. Only the highest level enchantment will be used!
Tools:
Replanting Max Level: 1 Applies to Hoes Auto replants crops
Double Break Max Level: 5 Applies to Tools Breaks 1 extra block with a 20% per level chance
Block Reach Max Level: 10 Applies to Tools Incompatible with Attack Reach Allows you to break blocks further away
Weapons:
Attack Reach Max Level: 10 Applies to Weapons Incompatible with Block Reach Allows you to hit enemies from further away
Frostbite Max Level: 10 Applies to Weapons Incompatible with Sweeping Edge & Critical Freezes enemies for 15 ticks per level (0.75 seconds)
Critical Max Level: 5 Applies to Weapons Incompatible with Sweeping Edge and Frostbite Has a 20% per level chance to deal extra damage on critical hits or deal a critical hit
Frostbite Enchantment has special particles to along with it
Enchantable Blocks:
New enchants have arrived that can be applied to blocks!
They are only accessible by enchanted books
Speedy Transfer Max Level: 1 Applies to Hoppers Increases transfer speed
Cavernous Storage Max Level: 1 Applies to Chests, Shulker Boxes, and Trapped Chests Adds one row of storage to shulker boxes, chests, and trapped chests
Camouflage Max Level: 1 Applies to Trapped Chests Makes trapped chests look like regular chests Can be combined with Cavernous Storage to get camouflaged trapped chests with extra storage
Fast Smelt Max Level: 5 Applies to furnaces, smokers, and blast furnaces Speeds up smelting/cooking. The higher the level the faster the furnace is.
Fuel Efficient Max Level: 5 Applies to furnaces, smokers, and blast furnaces Makes fuels last longer. The higher the level the longer fuel lasts.
Extra Experience Max Level: 5 Applies to furnaces, smokers, and blast furnaces When collecting items from a furnace, smoker, or blast furnace, you will gain more experience. The higher the level the more xp you gain
Enchanter Villager:
Trades high level enchanted books
Enchantment table is its job block
Trades bookshelves and xp bottles as well
At Master has a chance to trade emeralds and a random amount of gold blocks (between 8 - 24) for enchanted golden apples
Config:
Enable/Disable modded enchants
Turns off functionality and sets max level to 0 to disable enchanting at the enchanting table and /enchant
Enable/Disable changes to vanilla enchants
Set max level of enchants
Enable/Disable enchanter villager (Note you have to restart your game/server to have this take effect)
Villagers will still have profession but won't get any trades
Single player worlds use the config menu.
On dedicated servers you use the server config in the world folder
Config menu is located in the mods tab of the main screen the So Many Enchants tab then config
To edit the config go to your world save folder (or server world folder) go to the serverconfig folder then open and modify the so_many_enchants-server.toml file.
