WizardEx
Wizards & PlayerEx compat mod!
Quick answer
Which WizardEx release should I use?
WizardEx-v1.0.4 targets 1.19.2 with Fabric. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. 3 required mods need a matching file.
Where it goes
Is WizardEx required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does WizardEx-v1.0.4 need?
WizardEx-v1.0.4. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Paladins & Priests (RPG Series), Runes, PlayerEx, Spell Power Attributes and 3 more first, but 3 required mods have no matching file for this setup. Do not mix loader builds to force a match. 4 come through another mod in the chain.
4 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.
Before you install it
Add WizardEx without breaking your instance.
Built for WizardEx-v1.0.4. Pick another file and the loader, install side or required mods may change.

About this project
What does WizardEx add?
WizardEx
This mod aims to improve the Wizarding experience in Minecraft by integrating it with other fine mods such as itself.
Currently the mod is only supporting integration with PlayerEx by adding a new "Magic" page to the E menu that allows the player to allocate thier skill points gained by leveling up in PlayerEx on the available schools of magic.
The currently available schools are:
- Fire
- Frost
- Arcane
- Healing (via Paladins and Priests)
How does it work?
Each level in intellenge (base PlayerEx stat) raised improves all magic schools by 0.25 point.
Each level into a specific school of magic will raise it by 0.5, giving you an edge in that school of magic while missing out on others.
The scaling is subject to change if imbalance is found, but this seems to work as it still takes ~10 levels into a specific school + netherite staff before you can one shot anything
The wizards mod is in heavy development, more spells and magic schools will be available soon and I plan on supporting the mod as they release updates!
Update 1.0.4
Added compat for Paladins & Priests!!
Future Plans:
Origins Support:
Origins Classes Planned (NOT IMPLEMENTED!!!):
Ice Mage: slows enemies, natural frost walking, empowered in colder temperatures, weakened in hotter temperatures, takes more damage to fire (soul fire damage equivalent perhaps), slowness immunity, ice school affinity (deals more dmg with frost magic)
Fire Mage: burns enemies, lava walking, empowered in hot temperatures, weakened in colder temperatures, takes more damage from ice (examples would include ice hexblades, powdered snow, frozen waters, etc), fire immunity, fire school affinity
Arcane Mage: empowered at night and in the dark, blindness immunity, can teleport (has cooldown of course), weaker during the day, arcane school affinity, takes more melee damage (I see arcane as being a more pure raw magic school so only makes sense that they would take a little more physical damage)
Mage: more raw spellpower, has a bit more spell haste, has 3 less hearts, wither and poison resistance, takes more arrow damage, can give themselves a speed boost (cooldown of course)
(classes as imagined by Sideralis Music)
Will I support xx loader or xx version??
I will only support versions 1.19.2 and 1.19-3 for Fabric for the foreseeable future.
If heavily requested I will consider a Forge version.
