About this project

What does Forgotten History add?

Have you ever wondered what prehistoric life would of been like? Thought of bringing back life, once lost to time. Or maybe exploring the deep depth of history, searching throughout time?

Forgotten History is a W.I.P mod that plans to add a variety of Palaeontology your world, you can explore ancient ruins or dig deep for relics of the past. You can extract these fossils to create living, breathing creatures long though extinct, by using new high-tech machines to carefully extract the DNA.

As previously said, the mod is heavily under construction but we plan to vastly increase the mob count in the near future. Please feel free to provide feedback, the mod isn't particularly polished. Now this mod doesn't plan to just add dinosaurs, we have planned a large list of prehistoric marine creatures, mammals and even birds to our roster. Planned also are more time periods other than the Triassic, so please be patient.

Current roster of prehistoric animals -

  • Herrerasaurus
  • Coelophysis
  • Eoraptor
  • Mussasaurus
  • Thecodontosaurus
  • Plateosaurus
  • Postosuchus
  • Saurusuchus
  • Redondasaurus
  • Henodus
  • Pistosaur
  • Cymbospondylus
