CCNetworks
CC: Tweaked addon that adds long-distance wired networking that works through unloaded chunks.
Quick answer
Which CCNetworks release should I use?
CCNetworks 1.0.1 targets 1.21.1 with Fabric. Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional. All 2 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is CCNetworks required on the client, server, or both?
Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional.
The source marks this as usable on both the client and server.
What else does CCNetworks 1.0.1 need?
1.0.1. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Fabric API, CC: Tweaked first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup.
We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does CCNetworks add?
CCNetworks
This mod is an addon for CC: Tweaked that adds long-distance wired networking that works even through unloaded chunks, unlike standard CC: Tweaked modems. It does this relatively efficiently via storing network data in a separate per-world network graph.
Nodes and links
CCNetworks has two node blocks:
- Network Node extends a network but does not expose a ComputerCraft peripheral
- Network Interface Node exposes a modem peripheral to an adjacent ComputerCraft device
- these have the type
modem, and behave exactly like a normal CC modem, but with an additional type ofnetwork_node
- these have the type
Use Fiber Optic Cable to link nodes
Config
The server config, config/ccnetworks.toml, controls the maximum cable length and the maximum number of links per node. Defaults are 64 blocks and 4 links per node. Lowering the link limit does not affect existing links.
The client config, config/ccnetworks-client.toml, contains rendering settings, which you probably don't need to change.
