This is a forge port of Bedrodium.
Features
If the rendering block is in the bottom of the dimension, disable its bottom side rendering.
If the rendering block is in the top of the nether-like dimension, disable its top side rendering.
Culling is fully configurable in the config, you can disable the top culling or bottom culling, and this mod has integration with Embeddium/Rubidium, you can tweak config in their video setting.
