About this project

What does JEI Stuff add?

JEI tells you how to craft things, but it doesn't tell you where ores spawn, what a creeper drops, or which villager sells the thing you want. So this adds that.

New categories:

  • mob loot, with actual drop chances
  • chest loot
  • plant and crop drops
  • ore distribution charts per dimension, so you know what Y to hang out at
  • villager and wandering trader trades
  • piglin bartering
  • villager and kitty gifts
  • fishing loot
  • in-world fluid interactions
  • shows firework star recipes

It reads all of this directly from the loot tables and worldgen features when you load a world, so modded content just shows up without anyone writing compat for it. Global loot modifiers are handled too.

Cobblemon support if you have it installed. Pokemon don't use loot tables so they needed their own thing.

It can also stop JEI from generating its repair and disenchant recipes via configs.
