This is a library mod that adds common materials, potion effects, and attributes for Celestial mods.

Has L2Library embedded within

Adds 3 Potions:

Crit Rate Potion: increase chance to perform a critical hit while not doing falling attack (same attribute as crit rate in L2 mods)

Crit Damage Potion: increase critical hit damage from both falling attack and non-falling critical hits (same attribute as crit damage in L2 mods)

Regen Rate Potion: increase your healing by a factor.
