MinecraftCapes is a client side mod which allows you to wear any cape you wish in-game, cost free. Getting our mod working correctly is easy, just follow the steps below.

Why do I need to use the website?

To upload and manage your capes/ears, we need a way to verify that you actually own the Minecraft account you're linking. This prevents other players from uploading capes/ears to accounts they don't own.

Choose how you verify:

• Use our in-game verification server or official Microsoft OAuth.
• We never asks for your account password.
• In-game verification doesn't require any Microsoft sign-in at all.
• Our Microsoft OAuth application is approved by Mojang/Microsoft before it can access Minecraft account information.
• The mod is fully open source.

How to install

1. Download and install Fabric, Forge or NeoForge
2. Download the mod and place it in the .minecraft/mods folder.
3. Upload a cape to https://minecraftcapes.net

You have your cape!
