About this project

What does ClickFeeder add?

ClickFeeder

Right-click with breeding food to feed nearby adult animals. Automatic hotbar switching and inventory restocking keep food available as you go.

What it does

  • Right-click into the air while holding breeding food.
  • Attempts to feed up to 20 eligible animals per click by default.
  • Searches within 5 blocks, while respecting normal interaction reach and visibility.
  • Skips baby animals by default.
  • Switches to matching food in other hotbar slots when needed.
  • Restocks matching food from your main inventory.

Settings

Install Mod Menu and Cloth Config to access the settings screen. Both are optional.

Setting Default
Enabled On
Search radius 5 blocks, adjustable from 1–8
Animals per click 20, adjustable from 1–64
Switch hotbar slots On
Restock from inventory On
Feed baby animals Off
Sneak to bypass Off

Enable sneak to bypass to use food normally while holding sneak. Increasing the search radius does not extend the server's interaction reach.

Preferences are saved in config/clickfeeder.json and remain active if Mod Menu or Cloth Config is removed.

Requirements

  • Minecraft 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2, or 26.3
  • Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer
  • Fabric API for your Minecraft version
  • Java 25

Client-side only. No server installation is required, though server rules can prevent feeding.
