What does Mo' Colors add?

Mo Colors adds a Painter which can be crafted with two sticks and one wool. You can select any colors in the format #RRGGBB and click on any wool, glass block, glass pane, concrete, slime blocks and bricks, including stairs and slabs (slabs can be dyed separately).

The color selector opens when you click with the Painter on air.
