Strontium
Nuclear energy addon for Create mod and more
Quick answer
Which Strontium release matches 1.20.6?
Strontium 0.3-1.20.1 targets 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3 with Forge. Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional. 2 required mods need a matching file.
Where it goes
Is Strontium required on the client, server, or both?
Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional.
The source marks this as usable on both the client and server.
What else does Strontium 0.3-1.20.1 need?
0.3-1.20.1 on 1.20.6. Every mod below is checked against that same setup.
Install Create: The Factory Must Grow, Create, Create first, but 2 required mods have no matching file for this setup. Do not mix loader builds to force a match. 1 comes through another mod in the chain.
1 extra mod was pulled in by another dependency. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Strontium add?

About
An addon for Create and specifically Create:TFMG, where I wanted to add some nuclear energistics.
NOTE: right now this is a very early development experimental version, featuring only some basics, don't expect much from it. Bugs are totally present, so don't use it in your important worlds. The mod will be updated gradually.
The idea came to my mind after playing a lot with HBM Nuclear Tech + Techguns modpack on 1.12.2, which was the best. Then I somehow figured out, that there're no mods like them for new versions, even though there're some really nice mods like Create with its trains, or TACZ with its guns. So I thought, why not to make something based on them, designed specifically for hardcore survival with guns, eh?
So, that thing is intended to make your survival miserable bring some purpose to actually construct science-intense contraptions and use guns.
Dependencies
- Create+TFMG: mandatory. TFMG is a foundation you will want to have in order to advance in nuclear science.
- TACZ+SmartBrainLib: optional, but requires both at a time, not like "I install TACZ, but not SmartBrainLib". If you have both, that'll enable TACZ-related content such as NPCs, structures etc.
What's planned
- Nuclear reactor with all the corresponding equipment
- Radiochemistry
- Radiation + Contamination physics, some Toxicity
- Structures and NPCs around the world
What's done on current experimental version
- Simple radiation, no contamination
- Basic machinery to process uranium
- Basic NPCs
- Some equipment
Afterword
I don't know what to say here, just felt that it's necessary to have an afterword. I only hope I can edit this description with later updates.
