Where it goes
Is Sable: Collision damage (Create Aeronautics) required on the client, server, or both?
Do not install it on the client. It must be installed on the dedicated server.
This file is marked server-only.
What else does Sable: Collision damage (Create Aeronautics) 1.0.8-Sable_2.0.0+ need?
1.0.8-Sable_2.0.0+. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Sable first, but 1 required mod has no matching file for this setup. Do not mix loader builds to force a match.

About this project
What does Sable: Collision damage (Create Aeronautics) add?
Sable Collision Damage adds impact-based damage for Sable sub-level structures, aimed especially at Create: Aeronautics ships.
When a physics structure hits the world (or another structure) hard enough, blocks can break from the collision, turning crashes into real consequences instead of a harmless bump. This is useful if you want:
More believable ship physics and “landing mistakes matter” gameplay
Ship-to-ship ramming and accidents to have visible results
A lightweight way to add danger to Sable-powered contraptions without changing the rest of your modpack
Config (in sablecollisiondamage-common.toml):
minBreakSpeed: minimum collision speed required to start breaking blocks
staticSlowdownPerBlock: additional slowdown applied per broken block (helps prevent chain-reaction destruction)
Demonstration:
Compatibility note: the mod is designed to coexist with Sable’s own special block behaviors (for example, TNT keeps its original handling).
Similar to this mod, but Valkyrien skies
This is an alpha version, and only a small part has been implemented.
