StashCache
A mod for remembering where you put your items
Quick answer
Which StashCache release matches 26.1.2?
StashCache 0.13.1 targets 26.1.2, 26.2 with Fabric. It must be installed on the client. Do not install it on the dedicated server. All 1 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is StashCache required on the client, server, or both?
It must be installed on the client. Do not install it on the dedicated server.
This file is marked client-only.
What else does StashCache 0.13.1 need?
0.13.1 on 26.1.2. Every mod below is checked against that same setup.
Install Fabric API first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup.
We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.
Before you install it
Add StashCache without breaking your instance.

About this project
What does StashCache add?
StashCache remembers items you have seen in storage containers and lets you search for them later with an in-game overlay.
Reqiuirements: Fabric Loader and Fabric API.
After installing, look into some chests. then:
Press K, type an item name/id/enchant/lore and StashCache shows where it has seen matching items. Select a result to add a client-side only waypoint so you can find it.
Works in Singleplayer and Muliplayer.
It should support:
- Chests, trapped chests, including double chests
- Barrels
- Shulker boxes
- Ender chests
- Hoppers
- Droppers
- Dispensers
StashCache only knows about containers you have opened while the mod is installed. The cache can get stale if the containers get modified after you look inside them.
This mod does not achieve more than what you could do with a simple pen and paper, but some servers might still consider it a cheat, so be careful. Ye be warned.
