Dandruff Mod 为 Minecraft 引入了真实而有趣的 头屑累积机制。角色的头皮屑将随时间和环境条件累积——炎热干燥的沙漠、寒冷刺骨的冻原、不透气的头盔、剧烈的疾跑……都会让问题加剧。

跳入水中可以洗去一部分头屑，但真正的解决之道是使用洗发露、药膏和梳子等专用洗护用品。如果放任不管，头屑等级将逐渐攀升，带来一系列越来越严重的负面效果。
