About this project

What does Absorption Fix add?

Simply fixes absorption hearts, probably to work as intended.
The mod is not about stacking multiple absorption effects for more hearts.

The mod works just by disregarding the previous absorption heart amount, and it turns out to work just fine, without leaving permanent hearts.

For some reason, minecraft considers original absorption amount in it's calculations, adding possibility for absorption stacking, yet how the status effect change is implemented, the actual behaviour turns out to be different - hearts depend on the highest potency.
That is, until the breaking case, allowing to retain permanent absorption hearts.
