✨ Context

This mod improves the Bell block entity in many ways. Here are all the features:

  • The Bell is now an instrument you can tune exactly like the Note block.
  • Left-click now rings the Bell once like a Note Block.
  • Right-click changes the Bell's pitch on the same range as the Note Block.
  • Redstone signals to a Bell will always play the same sound to keep it harmonious, allowing to use it like a real instrument!

Other improvements:

  • Fixes vanilla's directional condition to ring the bell: now works regardless of direction.
  • Allows the player to ring the bell by clicking any part of the block entity (as opposed to just the bell part).
  • Fixes Farmer's Delight rope ringing the bell in the wrong direction: now correctly rings opposite to player.

🔓 Safe to use

By default, the tune of the bell is the same as vanilla (F#4). This mod does not change the Bell block behaviour at all, this means removing the mod will revert to vanilla and installing it carries zero risk :)

⚙️ No configuration required, ready to use!

🔗 Compatibility

  • This mod is highly compatible and should work with any mod that touches Bell Block and Bell Block Entity.
  • As stated above, it is compatible with Farmer's Delight Refabricated!
