Blueprint Tweaks: A Create addon

The mod Tweaked Create's blueprint system:

1. now can print the blueprint directly in survival mode. (Configurable)
2. You can use NBT to determine whether a blueprint can be directly printed in Survival Mode. (See the config file for details)
3. add an air-placeholder block, while printing blueprint, the block will be replaced by air.

Purpose: With this mod, you can create modpack that preset some blueprint structures for player to quickly generate.

机械动力蓝图微调

该模组微调了机械动力的蓝图系统：

1. 现在可以在生存模式下使用蓝图的直接打印功能。（可配置）
2. 可以使用NBT决定蓝图是否能在生存模式下直接打印。（详见配置文件）
3. 添加了一个空气占位符方块，打印蓝图时，该方块会代之以空气。

目的：该模组面向整合包制作，你可以预设一些蓝图结构，以供玩家直接生成。

为什么不用蓝图大炮？：使用蓝图大炮需要玩家自行收集材料，而好看的建筑不免有些奇怪零散的装饰方块，对此玩家通常有两种选择：

1. 忽略这些方块，不美观的同时作者也白做了这些装饰。
2. 收集这些方块，如果收集花费的时间太多，可能导致整合包偏题，玩家的体验会变得糟糕。而使用本模组，你可以预设好这些建筑，让玩家直接生成，不需要收集材料，建筑风格也可以更契合整合包的主题。

一个可行的简单方案是结合ftb任务，玩家只需要提交主要的材料，就可以领取蓝图，以此避免玩家过度收集零散的素材。
