Features:

  1. The lead can be used to leash other players.
  2. If you're not leashing any entity, aiming the lead at a fence will leash yourself.
  3. Commands are available to obtain and adjust the length of a player's lead.
  4. A new game rule allows you to decide whether a leashed player will teleport with the lead holder.
