Warden With Loot

Overview

Finally, the Warden drops loot worthy of its reign! Shouldn't such a terrifying boss drop something more exciting than a single sculk catalyst? This datapack/mod reimagines the Warden as a truly worthy boss by adding several advancements and over a dozen new drops to its loot table.

Starting from version 3.0 (MC 1.20.2+), all additional drops will be stored in 1-2 bundles. Additionally, the Warden will now drop loot equivalent to an Ancient City chest and a substantial amount (300) of experience points.

Extra Loot

• Sculk Shrieker (10% chance with enchanted glow & unique name color - with Warden-summoning ability)

• Echo Shard (low chance to Recovery Compass directly)

• Disc 5 Fragment (rare chance for complete Music Disc 5)

• several kinds of random ores (Iron/Gold/Diamond/Netherite)

• (1.20+) Chance for Warden/Silence Armor Trim Template

• Swift Sneak I-III enchanted book or level 30-50 Enchanting Table-grade enchanted book

• Golden Apples and Enchanted Golden Apples

• Abyss of Silence: Enter the Deep
• Sneak 100 (the vanilla advancement)
• 1/3 Death: Activate a Sculk Shrieker
• The Awakening: Disturb the colossal creature in the darkness
• Return to Silence: Defeat the Warden. Sculk Shriekers won't trigger for you temporarily
• Traces of the Ancient City: Enter the Ancient City
• Ancient Relics: Steal treasures from the Ancient City
• Swift Sneaking: Equip leggings with Swift Sneak and sneak
• Summoning Spirits: Obtain a Recovery Compass
• Echoes of the Empty City: Play Music Disc 5 in the Ancient City

Important Reminders:

• All bonus drops require player-killed Wardens

• Designed for survival and adventure, instead of automated farms - keep your farms ethical and keep the loot magical by playing fair!

• (3.0+) Sculk Shriekers can no longer be activated for 10 minutes after killing a Warden (When Modify Player Data is available)

Notes:

• Please ignore datapack version warning when the game version is under 1.20.2

• This datapack changes dropped objects by directly overwriting the vanilla loot table, so it may not be compatible with other mods that directly change the vanilla loot table

• Due to Minecraft 1.20.5's major NBT updates and item components implementation, this datapack/mod will prioritize 1.20.5+ versions first, with potential delays for 1.20.4 and earlier
