Edit Window Frame (EWF) is a utility mod that allows you to fully edit Window frame.

Upon entering Minecraft, the player sees a button in the bottom-left corner (which can be disabled via the config if desired). Clicking it opens an intuitive menu where you can change the frame's title, theme, and displayed icon.
