About this project

What does Resistance Balancer add?

Resistance Balancer

For Minecraft 1.17-1.21.1

Requires Necronomicon API and Fabric API.
Requires Connector for (Neo)Forge.

Lightweight, serverside mod that allows to define a custom formula to calculate damage reduction from the resistance effect. It also allows to add a simple reduction too, for example 5% damage reduction per level.

The reason behind this?

While Resistance is really good in vanilla, it's an effect used by a lot of mods, which by default is really strong. This mod allows modpack developers to have freedom on what resistance really is for them. Want to make it weaker? Go ahead. Stronger? I won't judge.
