Adds a two-slot filter block that pulls matching enchanted books from a hopper line above and outputs them below.
The block checks specific enchantments, meaning you can filter and sort enchanted books of all kinds, such as Mending, Protection IV, Unbreaking I, Unbreaking II, Unbreaking III.
