About this project

What does The Flash Flood add?

Version: 1.20.1-1.21.x (Fabric, NeoForge, & Forge)

Overview:

Welcome to the Flash Flood Mod, where Mother Nature shows no mercy! This mod adds a new challenge to your Minecraft world: whenever it rains, the world around you starts to flood! Experience the thrill (or terror) of rising water levels as you explore, build, and survive in a dynamically changing environment.

Features:

Flooding During Rain: Every time it rains, water source blocks begin to appear around you, gradually flooding the area. The flooding isn't instantaneous, but if you're not careful, you could find yourself swimming in no time!

Configurable Radius: Customize how far the flood spreads around you. Whether you want a localized downpour or a wide-spanning deluge, the choice is yours!

Adjustable Flooding Chance: Control the intensity of the flooding by setting the percentage chance for water blocks to appear. Want a light drizzle or a torrential downpour? You decide!

Seamless Integration: The mod integrates smoothly with the vanilla experience, enhancing the challenge without breaking the game’s balance.

Configuration Options:

Water Creation Chance: Set the likelihood of water blocks forming during rain. From 0.0 (no flooding) to 1.0 (guaranteed flooding).

Water Creation Radius: Define the radius around the player where water blocks can appear, giving you control over the flood's impact area.
