🎮 Gameplay Mechanics Guide

1. 🤝 Friendship & Taming

How to Tame: Offer them vanilla items like apples, cookies, or flowers (such as poppies) in the wild.

Owner Protection: Once befriended, companions will never take friendly fire damage from you and will follow you anywhere.

Basic Controls: Crouch and interact with your companion to toggle sitting and standing.

2. ⚔️ Combat Stances

Neutral Mode (Blue Indicator): Only attacks hostile mobs or enemies that you actively hit.

Peaceful Mode (White Indicator): Companions will neither attack nor take fatal blows. Perfect for traveling, safe storage, or doing PvP battles with friends without ally interference.

3. 🎒 Inventory & Equipment

Storage: Open your companion's private inventory to store extra items on long journeys. (Items drop if the entity perishes).

Armors & Weapons: Make them sit down and toss armor pieces or swords to them. They will automatically equip the best tier and benefit from all vanilla enchantments.

Healing: Feed them standard edible food items to regenerate their health points.

Shoulder Companions: Mini-characters are immune to regular damage and can climb onto your shoulders when you sneak near them.

Archers & Psychic Casters: Ranged specialists shoot unique projectiles (such as levitation arrows), while mental casters channel magic attacks from a distance.

Emissive Textures & Cycles: Dynamic glowing visual effects in the dark. Some characters alter appearances based on the day/night cycle or when entering water.

Bed Rest: If unthreatened at night, companions will naturally seek out nearby unoccupied beds to sleep.

🛠️ Installation Guide

1. Make sure you are running Minecraft Java 1.21.

2. Install the NeoForge mod loader.
