No Void Structures
Utility datapack powered by Lithostitched to support floating islands style world generation by preventing structures from generating in the void
Quick answer
Which No Void Structures release should I use?
No Void Structures 2.0.1+mod targets 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2 with Fabric, Forge, NeoForge. Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional. All 1 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is No Void Structures required on the client, server, or both?
Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional.
The source marks this as usable on both the client and server.
What else does No Void Structures 2.0.1+mod need?
2.0.1+mod. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Lithostitched first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup.
We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does No Void Structures add?
No Void Structures
The main function of this datapack powered by Lithostitched is to prevent common vanilla structures from generating in the void in Floating Island style world presets, like Aetherial Islands. The 2.0.0 mod version is simply a wrapper for the datapack, if you want to edit anything you can either edit the datapack, or use the code as an example pack for how to stop structures from generating in the void using Lithostitched. Additionally, Mineshafts are not affected by this.
What happened to the Old 1.0.0 Mod?
No Void Structures was one of my first Java modding projects, and because of that, it was quite frankly horrible (inflexible, incompatible, broke superflat structures, etc.). But that's okay! That's how we learn. Now using Lithostitched, it will be easier for others to edit and change.
You can view the old description of the deprecated mod, and all of the old source code on the GitHub page.
