EnviroMine is all about environmental realism whether it be clean air or even keeping a sane mind in Mincraft’s labyrinth of dark caves, it will test your survival skills and endurance.
Quick answer
Which EnviroMine Lite release should I use?
EnviroMine Lite 1.1.3.1 targets 1.21.1 with NeoForge. Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional. All 1 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is EnviroMine Lite required on the client, server, or both?
Installation on the client is optional. Installation on the dedicated server is optional.
The source marks this as usable on both the client and server.
What else does EnviroMine Lite 1.1.3.1 need?
1.1.3.1. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Twilight Lib first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup.
We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

How2:
EnviroMine Lite unlike the standard EnviroMine only focuses on most of the old caving aspects of it like: Sanity, Filtration & Gases.
When you log into a world for the firs time you won't notice anything strange from the beginning but once you start venturing below sea level you'll slowly but surely start inhaling dangerous chemicals present in all caves deeper below, the lower you go the more potent these gases will become and they'll start to deal some serious irreparable damage to your lungs the longer you stay exposed to them. How you combat the challenges this mod provides is by wearing gasmask with the proper filtration which will divert the damage your lungs would have received over to the filter in the mask and by not staying in the dark for too long when mining.
2.1: You insert & reapply filters to Gas Masks by right-clicking with a "Air Filter" item in your hand while wearing the mask you want to apply the filter to which will increase the filtration value by 500 for every filter up the the max capacity of the Gas Mask in question.
2.2: If your Sanity is below 0 you'll begin to hallucinate and hear voices whispering while starting to hyperventilate which starts draining your mask's filtration value even quicker at an additional 0.3 filtration value when wearing the Basic Gas Mask, 0.2 when wearing a standard Gas Mask and 0.1 when wearing the Advanced Gas Mask (this also applies to your health as once your filters run out you'll begin to lose your lung health at an additional 0.2 Lung Health every tick). Sanity will begin to drain when being in areas with a light level below 8 you'll start to lose your Sanity at a rate of 0.002 every tick based on how low the light level is. Once you return back to a location with a light level above 7 you'll begin to restore your Sanity by 0.004 every tick based on how high the light level is.
When it comes to equipment you have a Ventilation system, 3 tiers of Gas Masks, a Hard Hat and a device called "PDA" standing for "Personal Digital Assistant".
3.1: The PDA can keep track of your different vital and environmental levels (H: Lung Health, D: Lung Damage, S: Sanity, T: Air Toxicity & F: Mask Filtration). When holding the device in either hand or wearing the Advanced Gas Mask it will display all of your current and environmental stats in the "ActionBar" while warning you by beeping if it detects any Gas Leaks nearby as long as it's in your inventory. If you sneak and right-click with the PDA it will also scan all nearby blocks in a cubic area of 32 blocks.
3.2: All the Gas Mask have a filtration capacity of 1000 but the lower the tier the faster they go through filters (when a mask runs out of filtration refer to tip 2.1). The Basic Gas Mask's drain multiplier is 0.01, the standard Gas Mask's drain multiplier is 0.001 and the Advanced Gas Mask's drain multiplier is 0.0005.
3.3: The Hard Hat gives you Night Vision when wearing it which remains for 10 seconds after the Hard Hat has been taken off.
3.4. Will cover how the use the Ventilation system soon, check Images for a correct layout.
When caving there is a chance you'll run into Hot Coal Ore or Burning Coal Ore blocks which will both drop 1 Charcoal when mined. The Hot Coal Ore is the base form of the Burning Coal Ore and doesn't do anything on it's own until at random it turns into the Burning Coal Ore variant which begins to leak Toxic Air into the surrounding caves (even through walls) as a sort of Gas Leak. If exposed to this Toxic Air your filtration will begin to rapidly deteriorate at a set speed of -4 for the Basic Gas Mask, -3 for the standard Gas Mask and -2 for the Advanced Gas Mask every tick. And if in in a worst case scenario you don't have a Gas Mask on your lungs will begin to rapidly deteriorate instead at a set speed of -0.2 every tick.
