What does Rotation Locker: Relocked add?

This mod adds a keybind that locks block rotation placement to whatever direction you were looking when you press the key, similar to what is in Quark.

This is a fork of this mod from Beefox (https://modrinth.com/mod/rotationlocker)

The original mod really helped me out with something in my survival world so I wanted to bring this mod back to later versions. I doubt I will port this to any versions earlier than 1.16 or to a different mod loader but if I get super bored maybe it will happen.
