Quick answer
Which Transformable Items release matches 26.1.2 Fabric?
Transformable Items v1.1.1-mc26.1-26.1.2-fabric targets 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2 with Fabric, Quilt. It must be installed on the client. Do not install it on the dedicated server. All 1 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is Transformable Items required on the client, server, or both?
It must be installed on the client. Do not install it on the dedicated server.
This file is marked client-only.
What else does Transformable Items v1.1.1-mc26.1-26.1.2-fabric need?
v1.1.1-mc26.1-26.1.2-fabric on 26.1.2 Fabric. Every mod below is checked against that same setup.
Install Fabric API first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 1 comes through another mod in the chain.
1 extra mod was pulled in by another dependency. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

Distribution Warning
This and the GitHub repository are the two ONLY OFFICIAL SOURCES. There will never be an official CurseForge page for the mod, because of how painful their user interface is to use and me personally not liking Overwolf as a company. Even though the license I use—the MIT License allows redistribution, I strongly advise you to only download Transformable Items from these two sources. If you do decide to download it through a different source, be extra careful and check the code to make sure it doesn't contain malware even on sites which review uploaded mods like CurseForge.
