Effective
Fabric client-side mod designed to improve Minecraft's ambience through particles, visual effects and sounds
Quick answer
Which Effective release should I use?
Effective 2.3.2-1.20.1 targets 1.20.1 with Fabric, Quilt. It must be installed on the client. Do not install it on the dedicated server. All 1 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is Effective required on the client, server, or both?
It must be installed on the client. Do not install it on the dedicated server.
This file is marked client-only.
What else does Effective 2.3.2-1.20.1 need?
2.3.2-1.20.1. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Fabric API first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 1 comes through another mod in the chain.
1 extra mod was pulled in by another dependency. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Effective add?
A Fabric client-side mod improving Minecraft's ambience through particles, visual effects and sounds
⚠️ Please note: This mod is intended to be used with the Fast or Fancy graphic setting. Not Fabulous. The Fabulous graphic setting often tends to break mods visually with water. ⚠️
The mod adds various effects like water splashes, waterfall clouds, fireflies, improved visual effects, screen shake and many more.
Every effect is customisable and can be toggled in the configuration.
