VMod is an addon to Valkyrien Skies that adds a Toolgun - a tool that allows player to make various constraints such as:
- Connection - Creates a Weld/Bearing/Ball Socket like connection between two objects.
- Rope - Creates a rope
- Hydraulics - Extends and retracts when a signal is given
- Physics Rope - A rope that is created from physical components
- Slider - Creates a slider connection
- Sync Rotation - Synchronises rotation of 2 ships
And tools such as:
- Thruster - Create a thruster
- Gravity Changer - Change gravity for a single ship or a whole connected structure.
- Disable Collisions - Will disable collisions between two ships or a ship and a world.
- Schematic - Create schematic of the whole connected structure.
- Scale - Scale not just one ship, but a whole object.
- Strip - Strip VMod constraints either in block radius or all constraints connected to a ship
- Ship Remover - Removes ships
- Mass Changer - Changes total mass of a ship
It's highly inspired by Garry's Mod, so if you've played it before, you will find many similarities to its Toolgun.
