About this project

What does no-pot-effect add?

English Description

No Pot Effect removes the three most annoying visual effects in Minecraft that disrupt PvP encounters and cause eye strain:

  1. FOV distortion — completely disables camera zooming animations when under speed or slowness potion effects, keeping your field of view perfectly locked.
  2. Nausea (portal) — entirely eliminates the screen warping/wobbling effect caused by nausea and when entering a Nether portal.
  3. Hurt tilt — removes the camera shaking animation when taking damage, ensuring your crosshair and aim stay perfectly steady.

Each feature can be customized individually in the configuration file located at config/no-pot-effect.json:

{
"disableFov": true,
"disableNausea": true,
"disableHurtTilt": true
}

Simply change any value to false to re-enable that specific vanilla effect.

Requirements: Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric Loader 0.14+, Fabric API.

Side: Client-side only.

{
"disableFov": true,
"disableNausea": true,
"disableHurtTilt": true
}

Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric Loader 0.14+, Fabric API.
